Stupid question of the day
I get my prescriptions by mail and yesterday I got a new one for my female problem. Progesterone. The directions say:
TAKE ONE CAPSULE BY MOUTH AT BEDTIME FOR TWELVE NIGHTS * TAKE ON DAYS 14 THROUGH 25 OF CYCLE.
Day one of my cycle would have been the first day of my last period, right?
That was the 12th. Start taking these at bedtime of the 25th.

It’s verrrrrry nice to be pleasantly sleepy and it’s not quite midnight. Getting off the Theophylline was the best thing I’ve done. No more staying up til 2 am and fighting to go to sleep. Now that the aches are gone I feel almost like a normal person. Goodnight.
